Terms and Conditions

1. The Seton Carwash Membership is limited to vehicles that can fit into the Tunnel and Touchless Wash. Vehicles that have after-market vehicle items such as but not limited to bike racks, hitches, fixed mirrors and ceramic coating applied to the vehicle are not permitted in the Tunnel and Touchless Wash.

2. Customers/Members must drive safely and are responsible for any damage to the building or equipment caused by inattention, negligence, or improper use.

3. Pickup trucks can enter in the Tunnel and Touchless Wash if they fit the size requirements for the Tunnel and Touchless Wash. Dual rear wheeled vehicles are not permitted to enter. Truck beds must be empty prior to entering the wash. Larger than standard side mirrors will not work with our system along with oversized tires/off road tries or raised suspension may not work with our Tunnel and Touchless Wash System. The Seton Carwash is not liable for any damage caused to any vehicle. Ladders or any attachments outside of the truck are not permitted. Water and Soap may remain in truck beds.

4. The Seton Carwash Memberships are activated and charged for one month or year and renewed monthly or yearly on the anniversary of the initial purchase, until cancelled by the cardholder or Seton Carwash.

5. If the customer chooses to cancel their Membership they must do so in person in the retail store at least 10 days before the next payment is scheduled to be taken out. The Membership holder is required to sign a cancellation form at the carwash. Partial refunds will not be provided.

6. The Monthly and Yearly Memberships are limited to 12 washes a Month.

7. In the even that a customer’s credit card is declined, the membership will automatically be deactivated.

8. The Membership cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

9. The RFID tag must be placed onto the vehicle windshield by a Seton Carwash employee in a spot determined for best reading of the RFID Camera. The RFID tag cannot be glued or taped onto the windshield.

10. The RFID tag should match the vehicle make, model and license plate that the Membership was set up with. If the RFID tag is tampered with and or put on another vehicle the membership will be cancelled immediately with no partial refund given to the customer.

11. A Membership may be transferred to a different vehicle or new windshield by going into the carwash retail. The replacement fee for a new RFID tag will be $10.00

12. The Seton Carwash reserves the right to cancel the Membership at any time.
